Economic Gold Potential Identified in Avoca Prospecting Licence Area PL3850, Kilmacoo Co. Wicklow
Following its recently awarded Avoca Prospecting Licences (PL 3849 and PL 3850) covering 73km sq in the vicinity of the former Avoca Mine, IMC is pleased to announce a positive outcome of a target review completed by independent consultant PGeo Dr W.A. Sheppard. These PLs contain near-mine opportunities for economic gold extraction and also lead-zinc mineralization.

Unaudited Consolidated Interim Results for the six months ended 31st December 2012

Dear Shareholder,
I am pleased to present the interim financial and operating results for IMC for the six months to 31st December 2012.
IMC is pleased to announce additional encouraging results from the most recent drilling programme in Wexford Licence PL2551. A further mineralized gold zone has been identified in Hole 12-2551-06 over a 6.80m interval (52.20m - 59.00m), including 2.05m @ 0.23g/t, 0.50m @ 6.43g/t and 1.00m @ 0.23g/t.
The directors of IMC Exploration Group Plc are delighted to announce IMC has been awarded two additional prospecting licences,PL Area 3849 and PL Area 3850 (both in Co. Wicklow)by the Exploration and Mining Division of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural resources. These licences include the historic Avoca mine and are close to where IMC had its recent significant gold discovery yielding 354g/t gold (=11.38oz/t gold).IMC now holds four contiguous exploration licence areas in Co. Wicklow.
