Directors Report and Financial Statements for year end 30 June 2013
The audited financial statements of the company, which were required to be filed by the 30th November 2013, have been further delayed due to the Christmas holiday period. The Board expects them to be filed by January 9th 2014.
IMC Exploration Group Plc, a company listed on both the ISDX Growth Market and GXG Market Main Quote, announces that the Audited Financial Statements and Directors' Report for the year ended 30th June 2013 were required to be published by 30th November 2013 in accordance with GXG Market Main Quote rules. The Board now expects them to be approved and published by the 31st December 2013.
