Eamon O’Brien, after graduating with an MBA, worked in Wall Street with Quick & Reilly, a specialised stockbroking firm on Wall Street. On returning to Ireland he joined NCB Stockbrokers in Dublin before moving to Davy Stockbrokers. He has since worked as a consultant on various projects including retail management, software projects and property development. He was a founding member and CFO of Eurocommerce, a payments processing company, now owned by Mastercard. Eamon graduated from University College Dublin with an B.Sc. which included Chemistry and Geology. He later completed an MBA.



With over 30 years of executive experience in top international management, financial and banking services, audit, and international business, Armand Pinarbasi has led complex organizations, driven cross-border growth, and built global teams. Recently, Armand focused on entrepreneurial and advisory activities, leveraging decades of leadership in both corporate and international arenas. Previously, Armand served as Group CEO of SoftConstruct, a multinational technology group with 6,000+ employees and 15+ brands, where he led major organizational transformation and expansion efforts. Before that, Armand spent more than 20 years at Grant Thornton, holding senior leadership roles including Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Armenia, Partner at Grant Thornton France, and Executive Director for Network Member Relations at Grant Thornton International. During this period, Armand also audited the Central Bank of Armenia and the majority of Armenian banks. His work spanned top international management, including strategy, operations, M&A, and governance across multiple markets. Armand has also been active in public and diplomatic service, having served as Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Denmark in Armenia, Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government, and President and Founder of the French-Armenian Chamber of Commerce. Armand is a member of the French State Body of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors, a certified auditor and accountant accredited by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Armenia, and he was honoured as a Knight of the French National Order of Merit for his contributions to international economic relations.

Mr. Marukhyan holds the position of Investment Director at a private equity fund in Armenia. Previously Vahagn held a leading position at EY in Armenia. He served as a head of Strategy and Transactions practice, supporting Armenian and international clients across a wide spectrum of professional consulting services. Vahagn also was a board member of the European Business Association in Armenia.


Kathryn Byrne is a Director of a communications consultancy company based in Dublin. Taking a lead role in project management and event management, her expertise includes PR both corporate and consumer, media relations and public affairs. Kathryn takes an active role in the wider business and civic community. Kathryn served as a government appointed board member of An Board Altranais and as a council member of Gaisce – the President’s Award.
She is involved in the Networks for Women in Business. Kathryn is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII). She is former Honorary Secretary and board member of the PRII. She is also a Global Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Kathryn holds an honours post-graduate diploma in public relations and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.


Laz Fleming has 40 years experience in various sectors of the Minerals and Mining Industry, including 27 years in Brazil. During the 90's he acted as Country Manager of Canadian Companies (South Western Gold Corp. and Hillsborough Resources Corp.) and an Irish Company (Ovoca Resources plc). His direction and supervision of exploration programmes in Brazil led to the discoveries of additional diamond and gold resources in Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais and Goias States.
