Outcome of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

The AGM of the Company was held on Monday, 30^th December 2024, at 9.00 a.m., Dublin time, in accordance with the notice previously sent to shareholders in respect of the financial year ended 30^th June 2024.

All resolutions before IMC’s shareholders were approved and, there being no further business, the AGM was declared closed at 9.45 a.m., Dublin time.
