Outcome of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

The AGM of the Company was held on Monday, 30th December 2024, at 9.00 a.m., Dublin time, in accordance with the notice previously sent to shareholders in respect of the financial year ended 30th June 2024.

All resolutions before IMC’s shareholders were approved and, there being no further business, the AGM was declared closed at 9.45 a.m., Dublin time.

IMC Exploration Group plc (LSE: IMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vahagn Marukhyan and
Gagik Gevorgyan as executive directors of the Company with immediate effect. Vahagn Marukhyan has
also been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Gagik Gevorgyan has also been
appointed as the Company’s Chief Geologist Armenia.
