The board of IMC is pleased to announce that it has raised GBP 120,000 before
expenses by way of a placing (the "Placing") of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares
of EUR0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 1.2 pence per share (the "Placing Shares"). The total number of Ordinary
Shares in issue following the Placing is 250,014,285.
