The Directors of IMC Exploration Group Plc are pleased to announce that they have joined the Multilateral Trading Facility ("MTF") section of the GXG Markets effective from 30th May 2012.
This action was taken in light of the continued speculation about the future of the PLUS-SX market. The Directors of the Company were conscious of both the necessity and the advantages of retaining a market presence for its shareholders.
