IMC to seek listing on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange
Placing of new ordinary shares
IMC Exploration Group Plc ("IMC") is pleased to announce that it is seeking a
listing on the standard segment of the Official List on the London Stock
Exchange and has engaged Keith Bayley Rogers & Co. Limited to commence this
process.
IMC has completed the placing of 8,500,000 new ordinary shares at a price of
0.01p per share to finance the company's general working capital requirements.
